For twenty years, Serge Montagnon coordinates the election of the carnival queen of Buhl and the royal couple to be held Saturday, February 5 at the gym. A strong team of volunteers is assisting him in his task.
If the cavalcade buhloise last year celebrated its 30th anniversary, what about the election of the queen and the royal trio?
It is in our 22nd election. It was an idea of the carnival association 53 and today is still the same team who is in charge of this event, despite some ups and downs. In 1989, the carnival of Buhl was in decline. I was then contacted by OMSC (Municipal Office Sports and Culture) at the time, led by Henri Weber, to organize the election of the queen.
The first queen, Francoise Hoffmann was elected to the football clubhouse where girls from different associations buhloises had competed. The second year, the election was held in the MJC.Depuis, we are at the gym Buhl and my team is always faithful the position.
How is the election on Saturday night?
For our candidates, the key word is "have fun", a somewhat different design different from other carnivals.
I remember that girls can still register by calling 03.89.76.57.55 or 06.85.88.15.44 after 18 pm or by mail to serge.montagnon68 @ orange.fr .
The election is still transparent with a jury whose vote accounts for one third. For
elected, this election is an opening on lemonde professional, administrative and festive, which is not negligible in these difficult times. The trio royal bridesmaid and participate in the election of the Royal Clover.
But there is also the election of the royal couple?
It's always very emotional, especially for moms who carefully prepare their cherubs. Ladies side, it gives the dream: being a princess, this is not anything in the emerging world of these girls.
boys side is a bit less romantic, less rooted in their daily lives, but this does not prevent these young men to play the role of a prince with great pride.

Being confronted with the charm of these girls, it forges a youthful character that can endure. Volunteering is a strength, but above all a team.
